How fast is your turnaround time?
48 hours for short-form. 3–5 days for long-form. Rush requests handled when you need them. We don’t ghost. We don’t drag. We ship.
Can you help me get more views and engagement?
That’s the whole job. Sharper hooks, tighter pacing, better captions, sound design that pulls viewers in. We don’t promise viral — we promise videos built to be watched.
What if I don't like the first edit?
Unlimited revisions on every plan. We keep cutting until it’s right. Most clients approve the first or second version — but the door stays open.
Do I need to provide raw footage?
Yes. You record, you send the raw files, we handle everything after. If you need help with recording setup, lighting, or framing, we’ll walk you through it on the kick-off call.
How do you deliver the final videos?
Google Drive, Dropbox, or direct upload to your scheduler — your choice. Delivered in platform-ready formats (vertical for Reels/Shorts/TikTok, horizontal for YouTube/LinkedIn, square if you need it).
Do you write scripts or just edit?
Both. Editing is included in every plan. Scripting is available as an add-on or built into the higher tiers. If you’re stuck on what to say, we can help you figure it out.
What if I need more content than my tier includes?
Just message us. We’ll add extra videos at a per-video rate or bump you up to the next tier — whatever costs you less. No upsell games.
How long is the commitment?
3-month minimum. Most creators stay 12+ months because the system keeps compounding — more videos, more data, sharper edits every month.
Who do you work with?
Founders, coaches, consultants, medical and health creators, and anyone serious about showing up on video. We don’t work with everyone. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you on the call.
