At Brandreka, we put time, care, and creative effort into every project. Because our services are
digital and work begins through planning, editing, and production time, our refund policy is outlined below.
Once a project has started, payments are generally non-refundable. This is because time, effort, and resources are already committed to your work.
If you cancel before we begin any work, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
If a project is canceled after work has started but before completion, a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work completed up to that point.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
If you are unhappy with the initial delivery, we encourage you to use the revision rounds included in your package. We always try our best to make reasonable changes and improve the final result.
If a project is paused for an extended period due to missing assets, delayed communication, or no response from the client, the payment made will remain non-refundable.
For recurring or monthly services, payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable. You may cancel future work before the next billing cycle starts.
All refund requests are reviewed fairly and handled case by case. Brandreka reserves the right to make the final decision on refund eligibility.
