Brandreka provides video editing and creative services tailored for short-form and long-form content. Each project begins with a clear discussion where we define the scope, deliverables, timeline, and expectations.

Any additional requests outside the agreed scope such as extra edits, new concepts, or major changes may require additional time and cost. We will always inform you before proceeding with any extra work.

2. Project Process

Our process is designed to keep things simple and efficient. Once the project starts, we move through stages such as initial edit, review, revisions, and final delivery.

Your cooperation during each stage is important. Timely feedback and clear communication help us deliver the best possible results without delays.

3. Payments

Payments must be made upfront or based on the agreed terms before work begins. For ongoing or subscription-based services, payments must be made on time for continued service.

If payment is delayed, we reserve the right to pause the project until payment is received. Final deliverables may also be withheld until all outstanding payments are cleared.

All fees are non-negotiable once agreed unless both parties decide otherwise.

4. Revisions

Each project includes a limited number of revisions depending on your selected package or agreement. Revisions are intended for minor adjustments such as text changes, timing tweaks, or small edits.

Major changes such as a new direction, different style, or re-editing from scratch may be treated as a new request and may involve additional charges.

We encourage clients to provide clear and detailed feedback in one round to avoid unnecessary delays.

5. Turnaround Time

We always aim to deliver within the agreed timeline. However, turnaround time depends on factors like project complexity, revision cycles, and communication speed.

Delays may occur if:

Feedback is delayed
Required assets are not provided on time
The scope of work changes

We will always keep you informed if any delays happen.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth workflow, clients must:

Provide all required footage, assets, and instructions before the project starts
Ensure that all provided materials are owned or properly licensed
Give timely and clear feedback during the project

Brandreka is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incomplete, incorrect, or late submissions.

7. Content Ownership

Once full payment is completed, the final edited content belongs to the client and can be used freely.

However, Brandreka retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, or social media for promotional purposes unless the client requests confidentiality in advance.

8. Intellectual Property

All raw project files, editing techniques, templates, and internal processes remain the property of Brandreka unless otherwise agreed.

Only the final delivered output is transferred to the client.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the time and effort involved in creative work, we do not offer refunds once a project has started.

If a project is canceled before work begins, a refund may be issued depending on the situation. If canceled mid-project, partial refunds may be considered based on the amount of work completed.

10. Communication

We believe in keeping communication clear, simple, and respectful. We aim to respond promptly during working hours.

Clients are expected to:

Communicate clearly
Respond within a reasonable time
Provide structured feedback

Long gaps in communication may lead to project delays or rescheduling.

11. Service Refusal or Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if:

There is inappropriate or disrespectful behavior
Payments are not made on time
There is repeated lack of communication
The project violates legal or ethical standards

In such cases, no refunds will be issued for completed work.

12. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and business information. Any sensitive materials shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties without your permission.

If required, we can agree to additional confidentiality terms before starting the project.

13. Limitation of Liability

Brandreka is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services.

While we aim to deliver high-quality work, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as views, engagement, or business results.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
